ALERT: Woods Reserve campground is closed from November 2025 until mid-2026 to enable a complete upgrade of the facilities and reserve area.
Woods Reserve is a popular venue for picnics, barbeques and camping.
The area offers picnic tables and shelter, gas barbeques and wood fire pits. Amenities include flush toilets and showers. Bring your own drinking water and firewood.
Camping at Woods Reserve is by online bookings only.
Woods Reserve is on the banks of Gibraltar Creek to the south of Canberra.
