A lovingly-run, privately owned business of Judy and Les, who recently purchased Mitchell Caravan Park and working alongside them are Managers.
They pride themselves on providing a comfortable space of lush gardens, clean amenities, cabins and outdoor spaces, creating an oasis in this harsh but beautiful environment of the Australian outback.
The park is currently undergoing major upgrades across all facets. Lady’s amenities have been upgraded, cabins have been fitted with new furniture, linen, crockery, cutlery etc. They are about to receive their 2nd round of upgrades with the attachment of ensuites to each cabin which will negate the outdoor ensuites. The pool installation September 2024 has been a hit and enjoyed by many.
The team is committed to welcoming you, our valued guests, with a smile and a ‘Can Do’ attitude to ensure your stay is as relaxing and as enjoyable as possible. 5pm Happy Hour each night around the Fire Pit at the Camp Kitchen is a must to meet other travelers, swapping stories, lies and exaggerations.
