Located within a working Apple orchard, Melrose Cottage is just a five minute walk to Borrodell Vineyard through the orchard. A 10 minute walk to Printhie Cellar Door on Nancarrow Lane (when open) or a 15 minute walk to De Salis Winery. It is a short drive to Lake Canobolas, Mount Canobolas and surrounding wineries.
The cottage can accommodate up to eleven guests with four Bedrooms, Two Bathrooms, Two Living areas, a large Kitchen and Laundry. It features a wrap around veranda overlooking the orchard and dam, a spacious covered patio area with barbecue and there is a large unfenced yard for you to enjoy.
It is 10 minutes drive from Orange, and a 3.5 hour drive from Sydney.
