Red Cliff/Lake Arragan Campgrounds
Where To Stay Yuraygir, Clarence Valley, New South Wales
Lake Arragan and Red Cliff campgrounds are located side by side on the northern coastline of Yuraygir National Park, NSW. Between the two, there are 65 grassy campsites, many with shade, all within a short walk from the beach.
At Lake Arragan, you can choose a campsite near the small coastal lagoon system surrounded by paperbarks. This is an ideal spot for canoeing, swimming, fishing, and birdwatching. If you’re feeling energetic, you can also attempt the 10-kilometre coastal walk to Angourie.
Alternatively, at Red Cliff, you can enjoy panoramic coastal views. Here, you can explore isolated beaches or simply listen to the sound of the surf rolling over the rocks while observing kangaroos and birds.
