Lake Wyangan is a picturesque lake located 12 kilometres to the north of Griffith. The lake is a popular picnic spot for families offering several barbecue shelters that are clean and well-maintained.

Lake Wyangan offers a free camp location for a maximum of a three-night stay.
Facilities include toilets (no showers) and free barbecues. Camping in a tent is also permitted. No pets allowed.

Bookings are not required; facilities are available on a first come, first camp basis.
