This beautiful coastal home is split over two levels offering space for large or multiple families. Upstairs is perfectly set up for entertaining with a spacious modern kitchen opening to your dining areas and that huge North facing veranda is the perfect spot to entertain outside whilst enjoying the views over the rolling hills. There’s no better place to relax with friends after a morning at the beach, enjoying those picturesque mountain views, and coastal summer breezes. A TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom are also found upstairs.
Downstairs features a large lounge area with a smart TV, and a separate kids retreat with a ping pong table. There are 3 separate bedrooms downstairs, one with ensuite and the main bathroom. There is also a laundry with a washing machine and dryer for convenience.
Your days will be filled with exploring and enjoying the outdoors swimming, surfing, or fishing at Werri Beach only 300m from the front door, a short walk to local eateries and rockpools, or simply relax and enjoy the Sandy Dreams vibe. The home is in a spectacular location just 300m walk to Werri Beach.
