The upstairs verandah overlooks the water, whilst the downstairs patio features a barbeque, dining setting and leads out to a lakefront lawn. Here, you’ll also find the private jetty with its own sink. To access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit.
Downstairs, guests will find a fully equipped laundry, additional toilet and the fourth bedroom.
