One of their estate’s signature features is the decking, constructed from wood salvaged from trees on their property that were damaged in the 2019 bushfires. Each piece of timber is milled, cut, and stained by hand, showcasing the beautiful grain and unique character of the wood.

Luxurious glamping tent, of 36sqm internal area including kitchenette and ensuite bathroom with flushing toilet. Located 100m apart to ensure privacy from each other, each tent offers a deck with large bath, BBQ hut with Weber BBQ, firepit and internal wood-burning fireplace. All fires will be set ready to go (weather dependent) and firewood is included.
A queen-size bed, leather sofa and coffee/dining table finish the interior.
Wallaby is our second luxuriously appointed glamping tent at Akuna Estate. Similar to Kangaroo, Wallby has all of the modern conveniences, including fully fitted-out kitchenette, ensuite with shower and flushing toilet and amenities, large bath on the deck, queen-sized bed, leather sofa, internal wood-burning fireplace BBQ hut, and firepit. All fires will be set, ready to light (weather dependent) and firewood is included n the price.
