Illalangi is a spacious, modern home with a swimming pool and beautiful ocean views. Private setting, the house backs onto the Kattang National Park Nature Reserve.
Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach are at the end of the street, just three minutes walk. Relax in the poolside cabana. Take a stroll along the Camden Haven River. The hike to Point Perpendicular is well worth it, even the kids can walk it, the trail starts at the end of the street, a round trip of four kilometres. You can see blow holes and many wildflowers in season, and when lucky and spot migrating whales between May to November. Modern conveniences abound free WiFi, aircon, Netflix and Foxtel.
Downstairs, the air-conditioned living features two lounge areas, a dining and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas cooking. The dining area opens up to a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with alfresco covered dining and barbecue space, a solar-heated salt-water swimming pool (excl. winter), poolside cabana with lounge chairs. A tropical garden surrounds the pool, makes you instantly relax. Bedrooms are upstairs, master with an ensuite. Main bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Both bathrooms are modern.
