For families with young children, Maple is a couple of minutes walk from Berry’s acclaimed Boongaree Rotary Nature Play Park, which is packed with nature and sensory fun to suit all ages and abilities. Maple is also just 10 minutes drive through lush, rolling green paddocks to the Pacific Ocean and the long stretches of sand on renowned Seven Mile Beach.
With four bedrooms comprising three King or one Queen five star beds dressed in Cultiver linens, their own ensuites featuring natural stone and custom vanities, televisions, wall mirrors and open-plan wardrobes.
