A second bedroom and main bathroom are located downstairs, providing privacy for all guests. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features large windows and a glass door leading out to a patio and a small enclosed courtyard, which is ideal for pets.

The upstairs bedroom and balcony boast magnificent views of Callala Bay, and the beach is just a short stroll away. The property backs onto a beautiful bush and offers abundant native bird life. The white sands and crystal clear waters of Callala Bay provide the perfect environment for swimming, water sports, or simply relaxing in the sun.
