Sounds by the Sea has three bedrooms, a living, a kitchen and a bathroom upstairs. The main bedroom has a glass sliding door leading out onto the balcony, a rumpus downstairs with a single bunk, extra bedding, laundry, shower, and toilet.

There are plenty of areas for all guests to enjoy their holiday, from the upstairs living, the fully equipped kitchen, and the balcony with the gas barbeque area. Heading downstairs, entertainment for all is at your fingertips, whether it be the rumpus, family game room, sliding doors leading to the inground swimming pool, the large fenced yard and their favourite, the fire pit.

Private stairs from the property lead up to Marina Lane, where you will find the path entrance to the beach, and within a minute’s walk, you are on the golden sands of Culburra Beach. Enjoy relaxing walks along the beach in the mornings, experiencing nature’s best.
