Come and enjoy this gorgeous beach house! Positioned centrally, close to the beach and shop. Across from creek and beach access.
There’s a wonderful living area to unwind in. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable and coastal themed. The kitchen is delightful with many appliances crockery and glasses. After strolling back from a swim, rinse off in the outdoor shower and then relax in alfresco garden area.
Situated on a corner position facing reserve and stream, opposite walkway to creek and beach with a short stroll to shop/café.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other bedroom a double/single bunk. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave,fridge, pantry and outdoor barbecue.
The bathroom has a large shower, vanity and toilet and the laundry has washing machine and iron.
There are fans and heater, one car space and a fenced yard.
The Sand Cottage is dog friendly on request. Bring your own linen or it can be supplied.

Sand Cottage has a beautifully landscaped and private covered alfresco area with an outdoor dining setting and barbecue. There is a sunlounge for relaxing in the gardens and an outside shower. The kitchen has everything! SMEG appliances including gas cooktop and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, large pantry and large fridge. The lounge and dining area is contemporary and beautiful with television and DVD player.
There are two lovely bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with a single bunk. All have doonas and spare blankets. The bathroom is a delight with large shower, sleek vanity and toilet. All floor areas are tiled with travertine and all rooms are beautifully decorated.
