This modern house has a spacious king wing with en suite, another wing has three queen bedrooms with a main bathroom and separate toilet, the central area has a combined kitchen, dining and lounge room with fireplace (wood provided) and gas heating, and a separate air-conditioned sunroom with a second television.
The house is furnished with quirky antiques. A separate studio has an antique pool table. Pantry stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar, oils and long-life milk. Dogs welcome but check with the owner first.
It is only seven kilometres from Princes Highway, and 12 minutes to the historic village of Milton – with antique, boutique clothing and food shopping, bakeries, chocolate shops, cafes, award-winning restaurants and wine bars. It is also close to wineries and amazing beaches including the popular Mollymook Beach. The main town of Ulladulla has large supermarkets and a huge variety of cafes and shopping.
