The house is set-up with a self-sufficient kitchen which adjoins the large covered alfresco outdoor entertaining area keeping it fun and social. The upstairs living area has a large flat screen television and has a great sunny balcony ready for your morning coffee.

Sanctuary Point has a great boat ramp and The Basin itself has so much to offer. Fishing, kayaking, sailing, canoeing and golfing. There are nature walks and a village that offers a mini-mart, takeaway and great bakeries.
