By The Bay is a beautifully presented home located just 100 metres from the pristine sands of Collingwood Beach, ideal for a memorable family holiday. It features three bedrooms (two with queen beds and ceiling fans, one with a tri-bunk and a television), sleeping up to seven guests. The lounge area includes a fireplace, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen Smart Television.

The kitchen is well-stocked with a fridge, oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, Delonghi espresso machine, microwave, and a breakfast bar for four. The bathroom offers a spa bath, a shower, a basin, and toilet. A washer, sink, and ironing facilities are available in the laundry.

Outdoor living is well-catered with three different dining areas: a front garden table for enjoying the sea breeze, a rear table seating eight with a large gas barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
