Escarpment is hidden and privately tucked away on Woodhill Mountain, with spectacular views out to the coast of Gerroa and the magnificent escarpment. This property is six minutes drive to the historic township of Berry. Nestled amongst the treetops with the dramatic birds eye view of Broughton Vale. Hidden on 3.5 acres with a beautiful garden which blends into the temperate rainforest with its own bush walking trail.

It is not uncommon to receive visits from wildlife such as wombats, wallabies, lyrebirds, and echidnas. Also, the property located minutes from the Drawing Room Rocks bush walk in Barren Grounds Nature Reserve and it is on one of the steepest cycle rides in Australia.

The house is open plan with two main living areas either side of a central modern kitchen.

Accommodation – the property can sleep a maximum of eight guests. There are three generous bedrooms in the house. One has a luxurious king size bed, the second an equally luxurious queen size bed and the third has two king singles. There is also a double sofa bed that is in the dining /lounge area.
