Ambleside Bed and Breakfast is quiet, secluded accommodation in a picturesque garden setting. The grounds include a hobby-farm which extends to the banks of the Namoi River. They are just 1.5 kilometres from the centre of Manilla and a short drive from Tamworth and Gunnedah. Relax in the rotunda next to the pond, or take a refreshing dip in the lovely pool.
Birdlife abounds, plus even the occasional wallaby, echidna and possum. Take a stroll down to the river, or if you’re feeling adventurous, try paragliding or hang-gliding from nearby Mt Borah. Your hosts are glider pilots too, and can take you for a flight in a two-seater if you fancy seeing this beautiful location from above.
