Wallaby Creek Retreat Farm Cottage

Wallaby Creek Retreat is located 2.5 hours from Brisbane and the Gold Coast and offers complete privacy in a remote farming valley in the border ranges of northern NSW.

The two-bedroom, self-contained cottage has big verandahs overlooking the scenic valley, lots of space, and an indoor wood fire heater and outdoor fireplace for the cooler months.

If you’re seeking a peaceful retreat with lots of space and beautiful views where you can disconnect to reconnect, this is the place for it.

Screen-free zone: no TV, no phone reception, no wi-fi, no 240 v power (all gas and solar powered).

For families with kids, they offer farmyard tours of the animals. Led pony rides and activities are an optional extra. This is a great place to re-centre yourself and your family in a place of nature and calm. If you’ve got young kids and it doesn’t quite happen like that, well, just have a great time exploring all the possibilities!

It’s also a quiet place to have private conversations, yummy cook-ups, campfire nights, long sleep-ins, a winter sun-doze, or a cosy fireside evening.

The cottage is set away from the main farmhouse and there is only one guest booking at any time, so it is very private.
