Bingara Gallery

Galleries, Museums and Collections

Bingara Gallery is the home of resident wildlife artist Angela Parr, showcasing her beautiful paintings, prints and colourful cards. Situated next door to Byron Bay Wildlife Sanctuary, it’s easy to find.

Angela Parr is a self-taught artist who has been sketching and painting for as long as she can remember. She is passionate about animals and wildlife, so both African and Australian native animals and birds feature strongly in her work, as do all things natural. Angela uses her artwork to make people aware of the plight of wildlife around the world and to assist in the rehabilitation of local wildlife. Proceeds from the sales of her artwork go to the local Wildlife Charities in the area, namely the Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital and the Australian Seabird Rescue.

Visit this special place, view the artwork and enjoy a coffee on the deck overlooking the peaceful creek.
