Bungo Beach

Natural Attractions

Bungo Beach, also known as Keefe’s Pinch or Keith’s Pinch Beach, is a secluded beach on the shores of Twofold Bay in Eden.

It’s a favourite among locals for being dog-friendly all year round with lots of space for off-leash sandy running and splashing.

Bungo Beach is located between Cocora Beach and Oman Point, accessible by foot along the Bundian Way Story Trail walking track, or by car via the Princes Highway.

For a glimpse of Aboriginal heritage, and a wonderful experience of treading an ancient pathway, take the Bundian Way Story Trail from Cocora Beach to Quarantine Bay. It is a 1.8-kilometre walk (one way) through coastal bushland with viewing platforms, interpretive signage and secluded beaches along the way. Bungo Beach is located approximately halfway along the Bundian Way Story Trail.

To access Bungo Beach by car, turn off the Princes Highway onto Quarantine Bay Road, then veer left and drive approximately 500 metres along an unmarked dirt road through the reserve.

There is a small dirt car park area and no amenities.
