Rotary Walk Merimbula (Djiringanj Peoples Walk)

Natural Attractions

This scenic walk in Merimbula leads from Spencer Park to Bar Beach along the fringe of Merimbula Lake.

Look for the path cut into the cliffside (2.4-kilometre round trip) as it winds its way through the bush, offering pretty views of Merimbula Lake’s turquoise water through the trees and over the lake towards Mitchie’s Jetty.

Keep your eyes peeled for giant stingrays cruising in the shallows, along with plenty of birdlife. If you’re lucky, you might even spot the resident seal!

The walk ends at one of Merimbula’s favourites Bar Beach, where you can watch surfers in action and the fishing boats heading out of the bar.
