Buunyal Tour at Scenic World

Amusement and Theme Parks

See the Blue Mountains in a whole new way!

Unveil the hidden stories, lore, and history of the Blue Mountains with an Indigenous tour like none other. The Buunyal (sun) tour celebrates adults and kids connecting to Country. Led by an Indigenous guide, the guided tour takes up to 12 guests on an immersive 120-minute experience. The tour includes the Scenic Railway, Cableway, Skyway and Walkway, and along the way you’ll learn about the ancient natural wonders of Gundungurra Country.

Developed by Uncle David King, a Gundungurra Custodian and Scenic World’s Indigenous Engagement Officer, the Buunyal Tour is the only experience of its kind in the Blue Mountains.

Spots are extremely limited. Suited to kids and adults alike – kids ages 5+ will get the most out of the experience. Kids under 3 are free.

Tours run on select dates throughout the week. Check the website for session dates and times.
