Enjoy a welcome gin and tonic followed by a guided rainforest tour and a tasting of dry and slow gin.
Return to the distillery for an extended, guided tasting while learning all about the art of distillation. After the tour, groups are more than welcome to hang out on the balcony and enjoy a drink or a DIY grazing platter overlooking the rainforest.
If you would like to learn about the spirits, but don’t have time for a full tour, a guided tasting session is the experience for you! They offer Brookie’s Gin tasting flights as well as Cape Byron Whisky tasting flights. Tasting flights are paid for at the cellar door on the date of your reservation.
