Cardiff Alpacas

Agri, Mining and Industry

Cardiff alpacas is a family-run farm situated on Harwood Island in the picturesque Clarence Valley of northern New South Wales.

It is located on a 57 hectare property and they have llamas, alpacas and cross breeds.

You are welcomed by a delicious morning tea with home made cakes and tea and coffee.

Then it is off to feed the alpacas (the food for the animals is included). You can learn about the individual animals and their names, as the host knows them all.

After the animals are fed you are welcome to have a look at how the alpaca wool is processed.

If you have ever shopped for alpaca products, you will know how expensive they can be but at Cardiff Alpacas they aim to make the goods more affordable by manufacturing from own fleece.

Bookings essential.
