Sandon Beach

Natural Attractions

Sandon Beach, on the north coast of NSW, where the journey in is half the adventure!

Once you’re here, it’s all about sun, sand, and sea. Picture endless golden shores stretching out, Plover Island keeping watch over the waves like a friendly guardian, and a river so inviting you might just want to float away. Embrace the quirks of getting here because the beach experience is worth every bump!

Sandon Beach is sublime and stretches north to Brooms Head in the distance, Plover Island protects the beach for swimmers, there are gentle waves for novice surfers, and the river is gorgeous.

Remember- Unpatrolled waters can be unpredictable. Choose patrolled beaches for a safer experience and swim only between the flags. Avoid jumping into unknown water depths or areas with unseen hazards. Be aware of currents, rocks, and sudden drops, and always make sure you’re swimming in safe areas to protect yourself and your loved ones!
