Corowa Foreshore

Natural Attractions

No matter the season, there is always something to do along the Corowa Foreshore!

The Corowa Lagoon is the perfect place to launch your boat, take a dip in the Murray River, enjoy a family picnic on the lawn or the picnic tables provided, or try your luck and see if you can catch a Murray Cod.

Rowers Park also has a quiet launching facility just for canoes and kayaks, and a lush lawn area perfect for a long lunch with the free-to-use barbecues. Right next door, the Rivalea fishing platform is a great spot to sit back and try your hand at catching the elusive Murray Cod or Golden Perch.

For some sporting action, John Foord Oval backs onto Rowers Park and during Winter, the Corowa-Rutherglen Kangaroos Aussie Rule Football Club can be found during the season.

The Corowa foreshore, all your river experiences in one.
