Kiama Charter Service’s award winning reef and deep sea fishing trips include bait, tackle, licences and tuition where required. A deckhand helps with re-rigging, untangling of lines and cleaning of quality fish.
Fishing from a boat out of Kiama is immediately “outside”. The deep reefs, sandy beaches and warm summer currents of the Pacific Ocean/Tasman Sea attract many different fish species all year round. Fishing can be up to 15 kilometres offshore in depths up to 140 metres.
Charters are currently available for eight anglers only, due to Covid19 restrictions . Bookings essential with a full payment to confirm reservations.
Services
From $205 to $2000
Fishing charters include all bait, tackle, licences, tuition where required and morning tea.
Minimum numbers apply, nine anglers maximum due to our preference to maintain physical distancing.
Reef fishing departs at 6am and finishes fishing at 1 pm. Returns to Kiama Harbour about 1.30-2 pm approximately. Departs daily – weather and minimum numbers permitting. Full Payment to confirm booking is essential.

Deep-sea fishing trips depart 6 am and return at approximately 4 pm during cooler months. The charter travels 30 kilometres offshore.
Please note this is a specialised type of fishing, not suited to casual fishers.
