Tinnie Army Commemorative Mural

The Tinnie Army Commemorative Project is a public initiative that pays tribute to the heroic efforts of the Tinnie Army during the 2022 natural disaster.

Located in Larkin Lane, the mural feature’s the diverse community members in boats, on the Wilson River banks, and holding banners with messages of acknowledgement, gratitude and celebration, all recognising the Tinnie Army’s courageous efforts.

Through partnership with Summerland Bank, The Hotel Metropole, and supported by Lismore City Council, this project honours the significant contribution the Tinnie Army made to the community through a large-scale mural project.
