The Bower Farm
Things To Do Stroud, Mid-Coast, New South Wales
At The Bower Farm Collective, they are growing together in farming, nature and community.
Located on Worimi Country, their farm is built on a vision of connection and care, with deep respect for the Worimi People’s enduring relationship with this land. They’ve begun a regenerative farming journey with a small herd of cattle and sunflower fields that nourished the soil, attracted pollinators, and welcomed the community through open days and creative workshops. Their next chapter is planting a syntropic food forest, creating a thriving, sustainable landscape for the future.
Nature is at the heart of The Bower. As a land for wildlife property, their farm is alive with wallabies, diverse birdlife, butterflies, and the elusive platypus in the creek, with occasional koalas adding to the wonder. They also support local conservation through Stroud Community Rivercare and Stroud Junior Landcare groups, protecting biodiversity for generations.
Community makes The Bower thrive. Inspired by the bowerbird, they collaborate with local artists, wellness providers, and farmers to offer unique experiences—from art workshops and yoga in the paddock to kids’ programs and toddler sensory play. Guests can connect deeply with this creative, nature-rich setting by staying in their luxury glamping tent, The Regent Bower.
