It is well known that the human species originated in nature, and evolved to thrive in the natural world. Since we live constantly outside of the natural environment, it makes sense that spending time in a natural space leaves us with a sense of peace and relaxation.
The Walk includes :
Gentle, slow guided 3 hours forest therapy walk; A different activities inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-yoku Practice ; Japanese Green Tea and Snacks at the end.
You will enjoy beautiful Australian Eucalyptus forest with some unique wildlife encounters at Lane Cove National Park for an additional memorable experience !
