As a mobile business, locations are chosen to match conditions. Reddall Reserve, Lake Illawarra has vast waterways and seal sightings; Minnamurra River for a calm meandering estuary with stingrays; and Belmore Basin, Wollongong – perfect for corporate groups near major hotels.
Led by owner Bec, a national SUP surfing champion, the passionate team combines skill, local knowledge, and storytelling to create more than just a paddle – it’s a lasting memory.
Operating seven days a week, including magical after dark sessions, SUP Shellharbour provides all equipment. Simply bring essentials like sunscreen, a towel, and water. With options from gentle paddles to SUP surfing, expect fun, fitness, and smiles and photos to prove it!

A one hour Stand Up Paddle Boarding experience with an ASI accredited instructor/trainer. Great for first timers or experienced paddle boarders. Includes board and paddle. Book up to eight people per session.

A one hour private Stand Up Paddle Boarding lesson for just you or just your group of up to eight. Individual private lessons can be booked online or contact them to book a private group. Instructed with an ASI accredited instructor/trainer. Includes boards and paddles.

Recommended for those who have SUP’d flat water and who are ready for the next step of SUP surfing. They teach you how to catch waves, manoeuvre over waves and how to ride a wave. Also great for experienced SUP surfers who would like to perfect their skills.

SUP Ball is a fun new game, originating in Manly Australia & played in Shellharbour as a non-contact version. We welcome all levels of participants with a focus on FUN! Look forward to the high energy, skills, thrills & spills of SUP Ball! 2 x 15 minute halves with 5 players per side.
