Mangrove Boardwalk – Jervis Bay Maritime Musuem

Galleries, Museums and Collections

Explore Currambene Creek – without getting your feet wet!

The Jervis Bay Maritime Museum and Gallery enjoys a waterfront location on Currambene Creek. Positioned in a beautiful bush setting in Jervis Bay, the complex includes a large recreation area with native gardens and a beautiful mangrove boardwalk.

The 1.4 kilometre Mangrove Boardwalk has just received a full refurbishment, which means it’s even easier to get up close to the mangroves, birds and sea creatures living in this beautiful patch of marine sanctuary. Watch out for crabs, pelicans and fish – you might even see a stingray!

A beautiful attraction which is wheelchair accessible and can be enjoyed by the whole family, all year round.

This attraction is free to access and enjoy.
