Join Noel Butler, a member of the Budawang tribe of the South Coast of NSW as he shares with you the vastness and depth of Indigenous culture.

Over two (or three days) you will learn about the relationship Aboriginals have with the land and the central importance it places within the rich culture and traditions of the world’s oldest indigenous people.

With Noel’s vast horticultural and Indigenous knowledge you will gain insight into the depth of wisdom that was inherent in a culture sustainable for over 50,000 years.

As you weave together an understanding of Aboriginal heritage enjoy its telling through casual talks, lectures, song, dance and celebration of the spirit in the land. They might canoe on the river, walk through bush, explore the coastline or enjoy the beautiful bush setting of Jamanee Gunya.

Jamanee Gunya is situated in the sheer tranquil beauty of the local landscape, equipped with camping grounds complete with eco-friendly shower and toilet block.
