North Cronulla Beach

Natural Attractions

North Cronulla Beach is a popular sandy beach on the Bate Bay coastline in Cronulla.

Patrolled from November to April by Sutherland Shire Council’s professional lifeguards together with volunteer lifesavers from North Cronulla Surf Lifesaving Club. There are also two beautiful ocean baths to the south (these are not patrolled).

Off the beach, there are cafes and restaurants to dine in or takeaway. Behind the beach at Dunningham Park, there is a grassed area and a large playground for children (currently under renovation – expected completion July 2024).

From here it is just a short walk to Cronulla Plaza and Cronulla Train Station for more shopping, dining and transport options.
