Scarborough Beach

Natural Attractions

Situated in the small northern coast town of Scarborough, this small beach offers fantastic views of the coastline and the cliffs that lie above. There are parklands close by for families to use for picnicking. Scarborough is located 21 kilometres north of Wollongong central business district.

Scarborough Beach occupies an area of more moderate slope. Down the slope towards the beach are a few houses, a small picnic area, and the surf club. Car parking is limited.

Scarborough Beach is an Orange Zone/Time Sharing Dog beach. Time sharing zones allow dog access on the beach on leash at certain times dependant on the season.
