New England Garden Festival and Garden Trail

The 2025 New England Autumn Garden Trail, organised by the New England Garden Festival (NEGF) team, will travel across the beautiful New England region over four days, opening approximately 12 cold climate, private gardens to visitors.

The Garden Trail progresses from Tenterfield to Glen Innes, and Uralla finishing in Armidale over the weekend. Visitors are encouraged to stay overnight in each town to relax, unwind and maximize their time exploring the gardens, parks, art galleries, cafes and historical museums.

For the more adventurous, several national parks offer walking trails and magnificent views over world heritage Gondwana forests.

Once again, Armidale celebrates the spring garden season with the two- day festival at the Armidale Racecourse.

Costa Georgiadis is again our Special Guest this year and is sure to entertain and have a friendly chat.

The Naturehood Picnic and Grubby Bucket Show hosting dirtgirl, scrapboy and Costa the Gnome invites kids from 5 to 15 to join in nature-based play and song.

At numerous festival stalls, you will discover new exotic and native plants, old favorites and handmade treasures to fill every niche in your garden.

The food court has a delicious range of morning and afternoon treats, and lunch items for your relaxed picnic under the trees or in the canteen, chatting with family and friends.
