Sonic Sundays featuring Johnny Devilseed and Old Man Rubes

Johnny Devilseed & Old Man Rubes delivering Dynamic Americana swagger with foot to the floor intensity to Sonic Sundays at Funhaus Factory. Formed in 2010 by guitarist Hayden Maskey and blues harpist Paul Rubie, the Central Coast act has built a fierce reputation for their raw, fast paced, harmonica-driven sound and darkly humorous originals. Their debut EP John the Revelator (2014) earned critical acclaim, followed by Woy Woy Bound.

Festival favourites, they’ve rocked stages from Blues on Broadbeach to Girrakool Bluesfest, and shared bills with Dead Kennedys, Ian Moss, Johnny Diesel and more, leaving audiences sweating, stomping, and wanting more.
