Coffs Backyard Ultra welcomes all runners – from first-timers to experienced ultrarunners.

Complete 6.706km lap every hour, on the hour – and keep going until one runner remains.

The Coffs Backyard Ultra ‘lap’ occurs on the stunning Coffs Creek Walkway in the heart of Coffs Harbour, which is on shaded flat gravel paths (~80%) and easy boardwalks (~20%).

Spectators welcome: Come along and see one of the world’s biggest Backyard Ultra runners in action! Cheer them on and watch as runners run to complete the challenge each hour.

There will also be food stalls and event activation in a social, inclusive space for keen and beginner runners – catch the running bug in Coffs!
