Winter Fireside Sessions

When the frost settles in the Snowy Valleys, the fires come alight at the Brewhouse. They’re trading the summer sunshine for the amber glow of the fire pits.
It’s a seasonal shift to shorter days, cosy nights, and distinct winter flavors on the menu.

Join them from mid-afternoon through dinner as they light the pits, stir mulled hot toddy’s, pour silky cocktails, and toast marshmallows. All served up with their famous house made stone baked pizzas. Because their winter hours are strictly limited, the circle fills fast. Grab your jacket and beanie, gather your crew, and claim your spot by the fire.
