This August sees the return of the annual Grabine Classic Freshwater Fishing Competition which is held at Reflections Holiday Park Grabine Lakeside in the last full weekend of August each year.

The Freshwater Fishing Competition has been running successfully for many years and continues to grow. Prizes for fish will be for longest Murray Cod, Golden Perch, Silver Perch, Catfish, Carp and biggest bag of Carp caught over the weekend, with both senior and junior divisions for all fish.

Native fish are Catch and Release with photographic entries so make sure you or someone you are fishing with bring a digital camera or a phone that can take a nice clear photo of your fish. Details of fishing competition rules can be obtained from the tournament website.
