Want to brush up on your butchery skills or learn how to perfect a smoked brisket. Join Anabranch Meat for a Butchery Demo with questions and answers hosted by Andrew Gould, A.G. Learn how to home butcher a half side of beef, a full sheep and half side of pork. Meat Smoking Masterclass and question and answer session with Evan Algate, Pavilions Bistro & Souvlaki Inn. Catring provided by Lower Anabranch Sporting and Landcare Group. Outback Mobile Resource Unit (OMRU) will be offering children’s activities. Smoked meat tastings to wrap up the day. Meet with local services in health, community and agriculture.
