Their aim is to bring the creole flavours of Guadeloupe to the French region of the Caribbean and combine them with the beautiful ingredients on offer in the northern rivers. The team at Rustic Char prepare their food fresh and make everything from scratch. There are no packet flavours on offer there.
They specialise in mouth-watering Rotisserie street-style chicken, fresh vibrant salads, roasted veggies and designer chicken burgers. They also offer a special board with treats like Colombo curry bowls and pulled chicken rolls. They’re a one-stop shop for all appetites offering vegan, low allergen and an almost entirely gluten-free menu.
