DJ and Harriet McCready have a cult following in the Blue Mountains, their Mountain Culture beers are not only delicious, but they also have fun names and come in eye-popping cans. Many consider them works of art.
Drop in to the brew-pub, occupying a beautifully restored 1912 building in Katoomba, for burgers and beers.
While there are seasonal specialties, there are also cans that stay on the menu year-round due to their popularity. Order a High Speed Pass – Oat Cream IPA to enjoy liquid gold with notes of passionfruit, mango and coconut. Or a Poppin’ Pilsner, a German-style pilsner with a malty sweetness that’s balanced by a hint of spice and floral aromas.
