Chef Ollie Wong-Hee (formerly of Sydney institutions Sixpenny and Ester) highly season menu works in close coordination with local farmers to offer a euro-inspired menu, while sommeliers James Audas and Tom Sheer have put together an 800+ wine list offering some of the best and most celebrated wines from around the world. Expect dim moody lighting, disco, soul and afrobeat playing through the speakers and a familiar Parisian feel.
