Printhie Dining also has an innovative oyster tank, the only restaurant to have this technology in-house allowing Oysters to be shucked to order and paired perfectly with the Swift Sparkling range, considered to be one of Australia’s best.

Situated on the slopes of Mt Canobolas at 1000 metres above sea level Printhie Dining provides commanding views across the undulating hills dotted with vineyards and orchards.
