The Ambarvale Brewing Company was born from a dream that has been brewing for a quarter of a century. In 2019, that dream became a reality when the Ambarvale Hotel renovated and included the installation of a microbrewery.
With this equipment now in place, the hotel has joined the ever-growing craft beer trend in Australia.
The brewery expects to produce 68,000 litres of beer each year ranging from the ever-popular pale ales to limited release sours brimming with intense fruit flavours.
