They do not use MSG and with their open kitchen you can see the Thai Chefs cooking every meal fresh to order with the freshest ingredients. And of course they have Vegan and Gluten free options available and many of their dishes can be cooked without animal products.

Most of the herbs they use are grown organically in their own gardens and picked daily.
