De Bortoli Wines’ Hunter Valley Estate includes 34 hectares near Pokolbin, the gateway to Hunter Valley Wine Country. There is an onsite winery and barrel room at the main property and a cellar door building, open daily for tastings that highlight the variety in the range from across the estates.
The De Bortoli winery is at the gateway to the Hunter directly opposite Broke Road and is the first winery you encounter as you begin your journey into Hunter Valley wine country. The lovely stone-fronted Cellar Door is an excellent place to get a feel for the diversity and quality of the range and the flavours of the region. They have a variety of wines on tasting from all of the vineyards, including the range of Premium Fortifieds and the iconic De Bortoli Noble One.
