Join an unforgettable culinary adventure in this purpose-built Cooking School Kitchen, perfect for individuals, families, or corporate delegates. Using the finest local organic produce, participants will create mouthwatering dishes from scratch while learning essential cooking techniques.
You’ll learn basic knife skills, kitchen terminologies and techniques as well as frying vs. searing – the ‘how to’ secrets.
Included in your experience are three types of Canapés, three types of Vietnamese spring rolls, secrets to making perfect Profiteroles and a Hunter Valley Cooking School personalised certificate.
Your experience also includes lunch in their purpose-built kitchen and an onsite Vineyard Tour with a private tasting led by their Cellarmaster. Enjoy a Hunter Wine Theatre experience showcasing the winery in action, followed by a private tasting with their Cellarmaster.
